We are currently experiencing processing + shipping delays due to COVID-19. Please expect an additional 2-4 weeks on top of our usual fulfillment time of 10-15 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Thank you for your patience, love, and support! We appreciate you so much! 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We typically use the U.S. Postal Service to ship international orders. Unfortunately, USPS is temporarily unable to ship to some countries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You can find the list of countries by clicking here. So Worth Loving will not be able to fulfill orders with delivery addresses to those countries at this time.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you within 15 business days of receiving it, we would be happy to exchange it for something else or offer you store credit toward your next order once we receive and process your item(s). Any returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

To start an exchange, request store credit, or report a faulty/defective item, please send us an email at support@soworthloving.com within 15 business days of receiving your order. If 15 business days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot process your request.

Please note: All postage costs for returns & exchanges must be covered by the customer. Please do not mail us anything before first getting in touch at support@soworthloving.com.

 

Shipping

U.S. orders
After your payment is verified and your order is confirmed, it will typically take 10–15 business days for orders to arrive. Expect delays during the holiday season. For order totals (pre-tax) less than $20, shipping will be $3.95. For orders totaling $20 or more, shipping will be free. Please note that some items may ship separately due to packaging constraints or availability.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, So Worth Loving and soworthloving.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. If there are any cancellations, we will let you know via email.

International shipping ranges start at $10 USD

International shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. If you do not see your country listed for international shipping at checkout, email us at support@soworthloving.com to inquire about availability.

Please be aware that with international orders you may be liable for import and/or custom duties on your order. You will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These are not Collect On Duty (COD) charges, they are taxes and duties charged in your country and are not related to So Worth Loving specifically. All taxes and duties charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by So Worth Loving for any reason.

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on soworthloving.com are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing and hope that everything on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, and error free.

Lost packages
For U.S. domestic orders—if it has been more than 7 business days since your package was scheduled to arrive, please contact the shipping carrier and submit a missing mail search request.

With international orders, shipping times may vary. Once we have shipped out the packages (both U.S. and international), So Worth Loving can no longer be liable for any lost packages.

 

Apparel Care Instructions

We suggest washing the item(s) cold, inside out, and on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Hang-dry for longest life or tumble dry low if necessary. Cool iron inside-out if needed. Do not iron on print. Do not dry clean.

When unpacking a new shirt or sweatshirt, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual—it's from a pre-treatment applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off. The solution is simply to wash the the item! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after 1–2 washes.

Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
